Taylor Huebner Project Coordinator
Taylor is a big fan of camping, fishing, boating, and all that the beautiful state of Montana has to offer. She’s not the first person in her family to work in construction–both her mother and father are in the industry. Taylor was intimidated when her mom pointed out a position at KLE, but in true Taylor fashion, she took the challenge head-on and is going strong.
One of the things we love about Taylor is her sense of humor. She balances productivity with play, and that makes for a fun work environment.
Taylor is never bored at KLE because the work is always changing. From her perspective, we should broadcast the education available via trade school and on-the-job training. She’s convinced that there’s more to “success” than taking on student loan debt for a degree you may or may not use. Taylor hopes that the Coronavirus shutdowns will have Gen Z’ers thinking about what it means to be an “essential worker”–and maybe even find their niche in construction!
