
Taylor Bryson Human Resources Manager
Taylor joined the KLE family in September 2020 as a human resources manager. He is responsible for talent acquisition and development, benefits, workforce, and succession planning. He also handles policy writing and implementation, risk and claims management, culture initiatives, and retention plans.
Taylor went to school for criminal justice. However, his passion for aerospace led him to work for an airline and eventually become their regional operations manager. After that, he spent six years as a regional HR manager in the oil and gas construction industry. He then spent seven years as the corporate HR manager for a heavy civil construction firm before coming to KLE.
He enjoys his job because he’s always been a problem-solver, and he likes coming up with solutions to help our employees. Taylor says that KLE is “a growing company that hasn’t forgotten its roots” and notes that the sense of pride and ownership running throughout the company makes it “feel like a family environment.”
Taylor spends most of his free time with his family. He likes to golf, and now that his kids are older and have taken an interest in the game, he enjoys taking them out to play a round. He also loves hunting, taking family vacations, and working on projects at home.
