Doug is our general superintendent for the greater Billings area. He became interested in the mechanical trades at a young age and studied engineering in college. His first job in the construction industry was as a 19-year-old working for the highway department in his hometown of Wellesley, Massachusetts. Soon afterward, a good friend thought Doug would be a perfect fit for a career in mechanical piping and related equipment, and Doug hasn’t looked back since. He spent much of his career working on projects across the country but has spent the last few years working in and around Billings.
He says the most rewarding part of his job is “executing a project from its inception” to present the customer with a finished product everyone can be proud of. When he’s not at work, Doug likes to explore the backcountry and mountains on ATVs with his wife. He also enjoys rockhounding and prospecting, mechanical fabrication, and working on cars.
