Ben Everett General Superintendent - Montana
Unlike the majority of us, Ben knew what he wanted to do early in his childhood. As a toddler, he began digging ditches and building roads with his Tonka trucks. His desire to dig in the dirt grew right along with him. Before Ben turned 16, he convinced his parents to rent a dozer, and he built his own dirt bike track. He began in the construction industry with a shovel in hand, and learned every aspect of the job from the ground up. Ben ran his first job at the young age of 18. He has learned that “the better you treat your employees, the more motivated they are, and they provide a much better quality of work.” Ben strongly advocates a positive and supportive work environment, and emphasizes the importance of completing a job correctly and on time. Since Ben’s teenage years of being an avid, high-speed dirt bike rider, he’s now become an avid Volkswagen bus collector.
